BOOST TO BOOSTI just finished Day 66 myself so I visited your page. Hope you are feeling better, more energized and positive now that it's April. My late advice on how to get out of a negative funk or downward spiral after experiencing so much negativity is to work of focusing on the positive in your life. They don't have to be big ones to counteract the big ones of death, just need to be things you are grateful for now. A good cup of coffee, a great meal, a beautiful sunrise, a good conversation with a friend, being alive at all. Actually keep a physical list by writing down three things you are grateful for at least once a day and feel good about them. Slowly but surely your vibration level will increase. What you think about comes about, so work at bringing in more good thoughts. Good luck.
