Train your brain!

I have been exercising for 1 month. I have lost 5 kilo since then. This is quite a progress. But most important part is my brain has been trained to exercise. I feel like I need to exercise more. I admit that brain can be trained and it works for good. It happens that I miss my exercise there is always an excuse for that. Even then I feel like I need it. This what I call success. Thank you to the coach!Smile

Good for you!

Congratulations on your success :)

Way to go! Way to go!

You are an inspiration to me

I am just getting to that point myself, so I understand where you are coming from.  I am so inspired by you.  Congratulations on the weight loss, and the exercise.  On our way to a healthier lifestyle!

You deserve a star You deserve a star

I am waiting for you.

May be we will create a "challenge" for everybody that start exercising :). See you in gym!
