Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

Years ago, I started a new tradition on Thanksgiving....sharing one thing I was grateful for with a circle of friends.....just like Coach Steele suggested in his inspiration yesterday.

I remember what that was like the first time I participated.  I felt so much joy, I started crying! While things weren't entirely great in my life, they weren't entirely bad either. It was so much more empowering to focus on the good stuff. It made my day!  I felt so blessed and loved.

Maybe today is the day you start this tradition with your friends and family. Or maybe this is the day you simply do this for yourself. Or - you can share here with your tools friends.....

What one thing are you grateful for today?

My one thing?  I'm grateful for all of you! Reading your blogs and watching everyone put in all the effort to create change is motivating! And I am grateful for Coach Steele and the Tools team for all the hard work behind the scenes. (sorry - that makes two things!)

Have a great day everyone!

Actually several more things.....

I went to a funeral this week and learned of two more people who have died in the past two days.  I'm grateful that I am alive and well and that those close to me are too.

Another friends house burned to the ground last night - they lost everything. I'm grateful to have a roof over my head.

And - as I head out the door for dessert, I'm grateful to not have to cook a full meal and just be a guest...today and tomorrow too! Wink I am a master at the dish to pass......

There is so much more.....I hope all of you have as much to celebrate!

Thanks, Brenda!

I am grateful as well for this program and the friends I have met on here who have really reached out their hearts to help me.

you are so awesome...I am so glad you are here!!!
