brushing more?

okay so i just looked over day 7 checklist and im really confussed to what brushing my teeth more has to do with anything?! i brush my teeth 3 times a day and floss and mouth wash twice... i dont really think anymore than that is going to happen.. is that going to screw up everything?

says: I think its to help you take notice of yourself more often...You get up, look in the mirror and do a little introspection...think things through...is what you're doing making you happy..ect...and the bonus is that you feel fresh. just that is motivation enough. :)

says: Other than dental stuff- its kind of an unconcious programming of your brain..saying "brain, I like myself more." I think we ALL at times think some of the things we have to do are silly, but dont get stuck in that trap- Every little thing sums up to a much bigger goal

says:

It's really good that you brush your teeth and mouthwash and floss regularly. That way, if you ever started slacking on your oral hygiene, you'll know something is definitely not right with you. I think it's a good gauge on your feelings and the mind-body connection.

says: not everything should be taken so literally.  you have to tailor those things that you are deficient in and 'add' them to your personal regimen.  clearly your teeth hygiene is not your deficiency.  let it go.

says:

it certainly can't hurt to brush your teeth an extra time each day!

but, i'm on day 28 and at this point i would definitely say you won't mess up anything if you can't keep up with it.  i haven't done the best job on toothbrushing and am still getting fantastic results from the program.

actually, i think i'll brush my teeth now...  thanks for the reminder!

says:

Isn't that on the checklist for people who don't brush their teeth? Good job bon your teeth!
