Enter the name of the person you wish to search exactly as is. For me that is Brenda.Griffin. Type this in.
Next, go the the first drop down menu and select "name". Then you can decide which programs to search by name. I keep this on "any program"
Give it a go. It really does work very well.

When searching by name you also have to use the drop down "view by" and select "name" before you enter the name of the person you are searching for. FYI
