I did go to the gym and had a GREAT half an hour workout. I am so glad and I didn't let myself down. But I came home to thirsty Thursday and bunches of people were over so we never had dinner. So needless to say, I woke up w/a bit of a hang over and that sure makes for a long day at work. Good thing my friend gave me a multi-vitamin. That REALLY helped. I haven't bought any yet.
Also, my doctors office FINALLY called, after a week, and got my referral to a hand specialist. Geesh, it only took a week for a silly little referral. I've got a ganglion cyst and its causing me great discomfort.
OMG, I've got 35 more minutes here and the weekend offically begins.
Now I'm really excited. I had Burger King, which I never eat, for lunch. Good hang over remedy. And now I'm picking up a pizza for dinner tonight. We usually forget to eat on Friday's too, cause we take off.
Well, TTL people, have a happy, safe and fun weekend. I know I will.

The water thing and Burger King, don't beat yourself up over that. Life happens. We move on.
