Unfortunately, I've started smoking again.
BUT I am now in a 12 week program to lose the most weight. My goal is to cut down so much on smoking by the end of the 12 weeks that I'll just quit again. I am thinking about getting the prescription, Chantix, but it is so expensive and the side effects will really mess me up.
I have lost 4 pounds since last week due to doing cardio only and barely any strength training. I'm thinking that I'll start the strength training when I get to my goal weight, which I am so excited about.
I've really been watching my alcohol consumption since there is tons of cals in beer and I just can't drink liquor. So thats really good. I'm very excited about starting college in the fall. I barely got in but the LORD blessed me yet again.
We've been spending a little more time w/o grandson Korbin. Darn he is so cute and funny.
I bought myself a pair of shorts, a shirt, a bra, underwear, 2 hair clips and some body spray for the gym. Sure felt good to go shopping w/my Sissy. We had a great time. Its so nice to be back on track w/her again.
Hubby turned my cell phone on again. Now I remember why I didn't miss it.
I've been doing really good at eating tons of veggy's and fruits. I've also been doing really good w/the carbs. I eat those early in the day and try to avoid them at all costs at night. I'm getting right back on track and it feels GREAT to be back in the drivers seat w/my health and fitness.
I've been setting more goals too. I love doing that because then I KNOW where I'm going and I so know I WILL get there.
Last night hubby and I went and say the movie - I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry. Wasn't to bad. It was a typical Adam Sandler movie. I was hoping that it would be funnier than the other ones, but it was the same.
