Breaking a Habit

I already knew that breaking a destructive habit takes strong, and continued determination.

But what the heck do I do when I lose my motivation and determination?

My breakthrough is realizing HOW to get back on track!

First I try to forget my negative thoughts and get back on track.

BUT if I can't, which happens a lot, I turn to others who can and will give their support!

Sometimes it is Tools in general, sometimes it's a friend, but  I have to build a support system for special times and I learned I can do this here on "Tools"!

I also find some books encouraging!

It is not always perfect but by accepting that it does work!  Resources are all around!

One more step then one more.... !
