Day 2 - Weight issue rearing it's ugly head

Day one went better than I'd expected. Instead of procrastinating, or doing so much work my eyes cross, give myself a headache, and be useless for the day, I alternated my editing work with the housework I had to do and got A LOT accomplished.

I have been following my diet plan religiously (eating only whole grains, fresh fruits, no (or extremely little) sugar, LOTS of veggies, both raw and cooked, under 25% of diet from fat, lots of lean protien) and have started exercising this week. I was all geared up to start losing weight again (I got down to 108.5 kg (from 110, in a week by eating 750 cals a day), and then I have stalled/ slowly crept up to 110 again by eating an average of 1,300 calories per day (my low end of sparkpeople recomendation) for about a month-five weeks) and wow...was I suprised that I have *gained* a kilo overnight. Literally.  This is not good!. I am at 111 kg. According to sparkpeople, I should be losing 2 lbs a week, not GAINING 2 lbs a DAY!!!  What's going on?!?!? How do I make it stop?

Too few calories I think!

You will do better if you eat 1300-1500 calories a day of nutritious foods and exercise 300 calories off each day.  You will lose so forget the scale (is this me talking???) and trust yourself.  You have a plan.  Follow the plan day after day and accumulate your good.  I am waiting to applaud you.
