I had a very bad childhood where I was constantly beat up by my dad; was put in Foster Care when i was 14 due to the abuse, then placed in an all girls facility in Hamburg, NY for 2 years, then placed in a group home for a year to do "Family Counseling" (which did not help any). When I was 18 I moved in with my mother (who i had not seen since i was 9 because my dad kept me from her); that same year i met the person who i thought was the love of my life, we got married in 2005 and he would beat me everyday for no reason at all (i dropped my brush and got punched in the head for it). On March 1, 2008 i finally decided Id had enough of the beatings and left him; Since then my life has been up and down; Now I'm trying to build it up and keep it that way and due to the help of my best friends Rich and Jamie, Im starting to work on that.. I have very low self-esteem and 99% of the time i hate myself and am depressed.
