Keeping my motivation

Hi Toolers,

I read someone's blog referring to need for motivation.

Goals, that is always the focus for me!

For example, today lots of Mother's are celebrating with their children and grandchildren -Mother's day.....well....I could be depressed because my oldest son is working at the fire department and my youngest son is in Kuwait and going home (to Germany) to his wife on May 23.

Choice, I choose not to be depressed.  There is  a time for everything.  I have great memories of when they were small and the personal drawings, etc., that they gave me.

No I can go and serve dinner at the homeless shelter to the moms, dads and children who are having a very hard time with getting a meal today, so you see.

Goals and choices are always around us!

THE BEST MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT TO YOURSELF ...

A great way to celebrate Mother's Day in the absence of the kids.  Making the day far worthwhile than just sitting and brooding for not getting it done in the most orthodox ways.  The food that those needies are served are much more worthwhile than bunches of flowers or boxed chocolates.  You do feel good (and that's the most important thing - good for you and for those people).

I hope you had a real fulfilling and joyful Mother's Day.  I am so glad for your special share.  Keep it up and be well.  Have a great day, Cath!

Cheers,

Autumn MistKiss

Sending you lots of love On this special occasion, sending you lots of love, good thoughts, sunshine and bubbles.
