Really Excited

How about estatic!  I have never, never, never,  finished a program to improve my "stickin thinkin' more than 3 days, that's right you heard me, 3 days.  Now that I am in the 7th week, day 43, I have had some remarkable feedback from my family and friends.  Here are just a few, "I am calmer", "my intellect is really booming", I am a joy to be around", I am clearly intuitive with patients and family (per an MD,RN and sw). So, I am very excited to keep moving into this re-training my brain.  When I do my recording it will be the most motivating of all, not that coach Develyn isn't? I know that hearing the affirmations to myself from myself will reinforce the truth, and nothing but the truth.  I have been lying to myself for so long (54 yrs) that it is about time I wake up and smell the flowers.  I wish I could type all of the changes already in my daily routine, but I will save them for another post.

Joy to the world, all the boys/girls, joy to the fishes in the deep, blue sea, joy to YOU and ME!!!!
