Let's Just Do It!!!

Hello Toolers,

Listen I started a group for ending world hunger!   You can go to the group and post what ideas, areas you participate in to end world hunger.

We here in the USA are so fortunate!

That is why 67% of us are overweight!

I don't know about the UK, Austrailia, Canada, and other properous countries but I do know that I need less.

I have decided to purchase some chocolate (I do like a bite once and awhile) and a birthday gift for a friend (a small hand made purse) and also bought a stove for a family in Dafur....$20 goes along way in that country!

The site is listed there.  It is www.thehungersite.com and you can choose to buy food for others, or tools to help cook, or gifts for yourself or friends.

It is a fairtrade site.

Also, you can click on it everyday and the sponsors.......support the end of world hunger...........I am pleading with you.......if you do anything to end world hunger....post in this group.  I would love to know you!

Blessings for health in 2008,

Love for yourself and others,

Peace for inner beauty,

Joy - Just because it is!!!!!

Your tooltolife friend,

Catherine

You deserve a star You deserve a star, Cathie.  Going beyond ourselves and seeing others needs is the sign of a mature person.  I, too, am concerned for the needy.  I work in my own community assisting people at a food  bank and give to the World Hunger Fund. As individuals, we can only do so much, however, every opportunity I have I share stories from my experiences, and those stories have brought other people to volunteer their assistance.  Keep up the good work.  Kobbaffin AKA "Kaffy"
