Been away

 Well I fell off the wagon and it's really hard to say why.  I have made many positive improvements and then just kind of stopped.  I seem to be trying to focus a little on everything and not a lot on anything.  I did lose 17 pounds with the tools I've learned from body jump start and I have improved my eating habits.  I started the Job search and quit the tools to life then did none of the above!  Now I need to get back at it and tonight I will go through my check list and tomorrow will be a brand new day.  I'm turnin it on!
