2 In A Row

The only thing to say today is that I finally did 2 Tools days in a row. I think that possibly I previously did not feel like I deserved to. Also when I used to be in therapy I usually felt worse rather than better when I left, with a couple of important exceptions. So I was probably approaching this with the same trepidation as when I was going to therapy. I think this will be ok to do it every day though--it doesn't bite as much! In fact it's actually kind of fun most of the time.

Often the way..

I think it often happens that therapy or healing can make you feel worse afterwards before you get better.. but the great thing with this program is that Devlyn takes us through it in baby steps so theres no huge shift. Even if there is a period of reflection and questioning after some of the steps, its not drastic... so no need to fear it...

I think 'some' therapists open this huge can of worms, then your time is up, they send you home in pieces until the next appointment and so the pattern continues.

TTL is a wonderful tool and the first to create consistent change for me, even though I'm only on day 17, Devlyn has already helped me to overcome some issues that have been holding me back for years...

Take it at the pace that feels right for you, if you think you're not ready to move to the next day, why not log back in and re-do the previous day... keep re-doing it until you feel ready to move on.. but log in every day regardless... check out other peoples blogs to see how they are progressing or tackling similar issues... that way you are likely to progress through the days more easily..

Take care and good luck with the rest of the program...
