My name is Chris, I am 28, been married for 4 years and am suffering from post marriage comfort zone syndrome. I was very active in college, played football and lifted constantly. I was a muscular guy, but after college it was hard to motivate my self to get in the gym and lost the muscle and put on the FAT.
