Round and round l go

Yesterday l had problems getting on the net and did not get to my tool box until 10pm last night so l am out of sink. l started to get into a spin about being behind in tools. l finished all my work with tools and went to bed.

Woke up this morning jumped out of bed... you know the next bit lol...

It dawned on me, its not that l have to do Tools in 90 days it is that it takes 90 days and l started to relax but l do like doing it first thing in the morning. Its nice to get into it before the days events cloud the purpose of it. so l will get caught up, just so l can do it for me... is that not what tools is about, for me. l am listening to my voice now. l am my own path.

Peace

Not a race

Felt the exact same thing at the beginning, until I realised it was not a race. Quality rather than quantity is the key.

Some of the coming excercises are quite demanding and require thought, I had a few brealks to consolidate my lessons learned.

As you said you are on your own path, as are we all, we do the best for ourselves so that we can be useful for others.
