 I'm in it! I get to help others learn to invest in real estate, then encourage them to take the step to investing! And I get to invest in real estate!

 Tiger

 A tiger is beautiful, powerful, sleek, in control.

 Shepard Collie
Why:
 A shepard collie has the best of both breeds; shepards are protective, loyal, collies are loving, fun, loyal, playful.

Why:
 He's the best source of knowing what does best. There are different seasons for vegetables, meats, etc, when they are at their peak. He knows this, I don't. Veto power comes in if it's something that I KNOW I don't like!

A sunset I remember:
 I've travelled to all 50 states with my daughters; two sunsets that were special were on the beach in Florida, where people were just lined up to watch the sunset and watching the sun set over niagra falls. Gosh, it seems as if there should be something romantic in there.
