Blogs and Shares, whats the difference?

I want to post this so that everyone is clear on these two sections on Tools.

I love when members are active and post information and ideas on Tools. However, there is a place for each kind of Post.

The Blog area is for member's experiences doing programs or personal feelings and experiences each is having to share and get support.

The Share area is for sharing any points of interest.

There is an important difference, as members look through blogs to offer support and to connect with similar people, they do not want to run into tons of posts dealing with non personal issues.

If members do get tons of other items that they may not want to look through, they might lose interest and give up on giving support that people need.
