lost 5 lbs!

 

Started exercising regularly mainly for fitness and to get myself a bit more trim.

 

Yesterday I weighed myself just to see and I've lost 5 lbs!! I'm aiming to lose 1 stone so have made a great start,  I can hardly believe it.
