I AM A 31 YEAR OLD FATHER OF A BRIGHT AND AMAZING 2 YEAR OLD.  I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL FIANCE.  I SEEM TO HAVE PROBLEMS STAYING FOCUSED, AND AM JUST LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE.  MY FIANCE WANTS ME TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT BUT I AVE TO GET UP AT 430 AM TO GET TO THE GYM BECAUSE I WORK 2 JOBS.  SHE WANTS ME TO PAY MORE ATTENTION TO HER AND NOT BE A ROBOT.  I RECENTLY HAD AN EMOTIONAL AFFAIR WITH A COWORKER, AND AM TRYING TO GET PAST THAT.  MY FINANCES ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE NOT THAT I DONT PAY THINGS IM JUST NOT CONSISTANT WITH THE WAY I PAY THINGS
