An amazing difference

 Since I started tools have not gambled once. Although I am about to start week three is three weeks since I started (I missed a few days) and I am feeling so much better. Not only that I don't get that complusive urge every time i go near a place where the gambling machines are. This is someting i have been battling for the last 5 years.
