Mind Shift

I work for a company that is owned and run by a husband and wife team. Whilst the husband is quite a reasonable man his wife is very hard to get along with.

I was finding it harder and harder to deal with this woman and then I found TOOLS.

The very first execise I had to do was to clap my hands and say, "I'm having a great day!"

What a mind shift!! All of a sudden, this woman was no longer the bane of my existance. Suddenly I could think reasonably when she was around. I had taken control of my thought patterns and my attitude. Thank you Coach and thank you TOOLS.
