Hello, My name is Debra and I suffer from Anxiety and Panic disorder. I am here to try and get over this and be a better mom and wife. This has totally ruined my life and I want my life BACK! I do not belive in medications but I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself with the right combination of herbs and supplements.
