health + friends = happiness

 

I recently became involved with a company called Juice Plus which I am very passionate about being that I have my degree in Fitness, Nutrition and Health.  I have been a bit shy about "selling" it to my friends because I did not want them to feel obligated but I decided to have my first home party yesterday because I truly do feel like this whole food plays such a role in preventive health.  I was a little nervous that no one would come and if they did come they would not be very supportive of it.  To my surprise, all of my closest friends came, listened whole heartly, respected me and my knowledge.  It was so nice to have people pick my brain and give them the knowledge and power to do something for themselves and enable them to have a long, health, happy life.  It put such a huge smile on my face to know that I was truly doing something good for my friends, they were receptive and hopefully I made a positive impact on their lives.  It truly makes me happy to help others and know that they want to help themselves.
