TO HAVE A PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE
SERVICE. Maybe I have selfish reason for doing service, but I love the way I feel when I give. I have been looking for ways, big or small to serve others each day. I want to make this a huge part of my life.

I quit smoking - (one pack a day). My last cigarette was on Mother's Day 2008. I want to continue to be smoke-free!!!!
This has been a goal I have been AFRAID of for many years- To begin and finish obtaining a college degree.
I would like to return to a healthy weight of 147lbs.
Take dance classes again. Add ballroom dancing, swing,and some modern dance to my talents.
Cycling - this includes long distance and adventure. A chance to meet people and experience new things, while feeling accomplished.

Living in the now ~

 

First, we try living in the now just in order to stay sober_ and it works. Once the idea has become a part of our thinking, we find that living life in 24-hour segments is an effective and satisfying way to handle many other matters as well.
