Of other peoples opinions. This is a hard one for me. And something I need to focus a portion of my energy upon. Whenever I say something like// Oh there opinion doesnt matter, I really have to be introspective and wonder, well how much does there opinion affect me. I would say when people state, I dont care what so & so things its more of a reaction than an honest assessment. I say it! So I will be aware of the way I feel about myself when it comes to the judgement of others. Sometimes I find myself running so hard, when in its most simple and pure form I could make it like a breeze that passes by. That is empowering.
