I dont know whats going on, i dont wanna loose her

 Ive been dating this girl for about 3 months now and just last night she said that she needs some time to herself to figure things out. She still wants to hang out with me but she doesnt wanna be physical, which will be really hard for me. Before we started dating she said that she wasnt ready for another boyfriend because she just got out of 2 different relationships after 2 years and hasnt had any time to herself. I didnt push anything on her she initiated pretty much every thing (first kiss, sex, ect..) I just told her how i feel about her and she said she feels the same way, so eventually it grew into a relationship where we were together every day and loved being with eachother. So i guess my question is should i wait for her to be ready, I really wanna be with her. And i just need support i fell so out of my mind and and confused I dont know what to do!
