Day 7... Whooooo!

 I have reached day 7: my first shopping day. I have to say... I was skeptical about this whole process, but it really is working. Everything I do, read, say outloud, and think throughout the day comes from my inner voice. I didn't notice it as much before... I was wasting time, energy, and effort doing things without purpose. Now, a big change I have noticed, is that I'm stopping and listening to my inner voice, and its getting me through my day. I look forward to what the future has in store for me. I feel empowered!
