After 1 month

I feel much better.

I am in the process of not letting my buttons being pressed.

I am in the process of being more organised and taking a few minutes here there to tidy this and that, and to organise things.

I am in the process of staying on track, looking forward, and encouraging myself to keep going.

I found out that I have to go off yeast and sugar for at least a month, due to a yeast infection in my large intestine. I have managed to completely change my diet and not break it for two weeks, which includes going off coffee - which I used to savour each day.

I'm in the process of becoming healthier and fitter.

My thinking skills are continuing to improve.

It's been tough - there is no quick fixes - the negativity creeps in when I'm not paying attention. I found that it's really important to nip it in the bud a quickly as possible, before it gets hold.

For quite awhile I wasn't really using my check list during the day. I found that by setting an alarm to go off every hour or so to remind to have a quick look through it has really helped me to get back on track and feel better.
