Hurray for me!

COFFEE FREE!

 From an avid 6 cups/day coffee drinker...I am now 29 days coffee free!!! From time to time I've had a cup of tea but since I don't like tea much it hasn't taken hold of me like coffee did. I am so happy about this progress!!!!   »

Raw Food

 I took on a raw food challenge for the last few days eating only foods that are raw or heated to 115F or less. I did better than I thought I would and lost 1.5 pounds in 2 days.  (great for me) I've been able to manage on only 1 cup of coffee each day.  THIS IS MY BREAKTHROUG »

Breakthrough!

 This past week I lost 5 pounds.  I've been half-heartedly trying for months but last week I dug in my heels, followed a good food plan and worked out. Now I need to keep the momentum going.  Always easier once it starts rolling.  Right?  »
