Small steps to a new you

Why put off your most important asset - your health? When you get right down to it, that is your most precious commodity. And yet we so often take our health for granted, as if someone else, maybe the doctor, or the government, will miraculously step in one day and rescue us when we are really bad off.

The truth is, in order to be there for others, we need to first be our very best physically and emotionally. It's in your best interest, and it's in everyone else's, to get started on your path to health and wellness today, without further delay.

Browse further through my profile for specific tips on how to improve your life, ie. in My Shares. You can also check out my website: www.doctorsanto.com to discover how to consult with me directly.

Let's do this together!

Why We Eat Donuts

Hello doctor.  I sure agree that we tend to take our health for granted.  Still, I believe very few people have it in their minds that someone else will rescue or take care of them. Most people are the opposite...they refuse help even when available and they stubbornly insist they can deal with things on their own. They don't want to acknowledge health problems and we don't seem to be able to imagine the future, very well. We're more day-to-day, telling ourselves that cola or that donut is "just one" and not seeing the cummulative effects. It's the same for say, pollution. We brought it on slowly by not taking care of things each day. But not because we think someone else will fix it for us. More because we don't look ahead at consequences, or we are sure it will just happen to someone else. Not ME. That's my view, anywho. Glad to see you here in the blogs.                                          Wordbird

I value my health, and I think I am a healthy person, my problem? I don't have insurance.  Medicine and doctors visits are very expensive.  Do you have any suggestions for a solution to this problem?
