Diet or Mealplan: What's the Diff?

 

Just like there's no one exercise program for everyone, there's no one right weight control diet either. In fact, I don't even like the term 'diet' because it implies something you do temporarily to just to reach a certain goal (ie. fit into a dress for an event or make a TV appearance).

Instead look at your eating habits as nutrition for optimal health. Then you're eating properly every day instead of only periodically. You'll find that not only are the inches coming off, but you're cholesterol and blood pressure will lower, you'll have healthier skin, better sleep, and more energy than you could ever imagine!
