First I wait for 103 days to begin this program.

THEN, I am watching my Tool Box waiting for the numbers to change from 3 to 4 so I can complete the next day

The watched pot never boils?

It was great in the meantime though because I took the opportunity to look around on the site a bit more.

I connected with others and the special support groups section.

I found the one on Law of Attraction and "The Secret"...very near and dear to my heart...what a great find!

Everything that's not that...

Declaring...Proclaiming...Claiming...Re-designing...Re-creating...Being fully self expressed...no matter how you say it there's a brand new me evolving very rapidly right now.

In this program, I have made some very clear intentions and I have aligned my life with those intentions.

When I was doing work with Landmark Education the Landmark Forum leaders would say "whatever you declare, the first thing(s) that will show up is everything that is not that".

My Law of Attraction mentor Michael Losier would say "if you want to know how you are doing with attracting what you want just look around in your life and take an inventory...that is what you are inviting".

I turned up the volume of "everything that is not that" and I am taking inventory.

In the past, I would have cycled down into an ugly space...a rut...I would have hidden and just forgotten about my dreams.

Now I just step through the next moment...then the next moment...continuing to practice Ho'oponopono...the simple 4 phrases repeated like a mantra in my mind...and watching life unfold brand new...and then brand new again.

There are still many different spaces that I am ongoingly cleaning up, but it is a refreshing feeling rather than work...a job...or a shameful guilty space because "yeh...look what I did to myself"...using this awareness like a punishment over and over again.

In the middle of me Declaring my dreams and what I want I have had the most challenging things pop in throughout every walk of life...my patients...financial...family...friendships...and lots of little things.

The most recent is that one of my family members had an urgency pop up that they needed support. I stepped in.

It feels good to step in...continue to take great care of myself and offer support in a big way to my family member.

I certainly feel the "birthing" of a brand new way of being in life happening right now...the only difference is that instead of 9 months it's concentrated in 3 months

The next 4 days I am spending in San Francisco with a good friend where we will be attending James Ray's "Harmonic Wealth" weekend.

This will be a very special time to share with my friend, Carla...I feel honored that her husband gave us his blessings for us to take this time together.

I have never planned a trip quite like this one with a good friend...I can only imagine the incredible connections, the laughter and the new discoveries that we'll both experience.

Then there is San Francisco...fisherman's wharf...chocolate...crab and shrimp cocktails...and the weather is going to be exceptionally warm and wonderful.

Adventure and play here we come!

Then the pinnacle of the trip is sharing the incredible James Ray seminar together. This is my first seminar with him...I love his work and his message...I look for unexpected insights and breakthroughs all over my life by the end of the weekend.

Here's to all of our Heart's Desires...the ease of which we experience them and the fuel it takes to make it happen.

Boy, do I feel Harmonically Wealthy!

Two days worth of team playing...learning more and more about Law of Attraction...how to put it into action...team exercises.

Such a jam packed weekend where I learned much more about myself...what it's like to have my entire life be in harmony...WOW!

Setting intentions...discussing what beliefs, thoughts and actions stand in the way of our intentions...things getting a little sticky at times, but by the time the seminar completed on Saturday night I was ready to do whatever I choose.

James Ray starred in 'The Secret' and I've followed some of his work for awhile. I had an opportunity to hear him talk in Seattle and signed up for this special weekend with a good friend of mine, Carla.

I will share more bits and pieces about what I learned in the days to follow...

I have a team of six people from the seminar that I will be conference calling with for 6 weeks...we are going to rock the world together...with our intentions that we set during the weekend at the forefront.

Let's Rock!

Caught Off Guard...

Today, I felt like I got caught off guard...it didn't feel good in the moment, but something really great birthed out of it.

I completed my first ebook 2 weeks ago. I emailed it to approximately 20-25 people in my community for feedback.

I've received feedback from many with various comments...a general flavor of "Congratulations!", "I loved it!", "I couldn't put it down" and there was the extra help with grammar, transitions and typos.

Today, I received a phone call and the feedback was quite difficult for me to listen to.

I was intentionally listening for one positive comment, but there was none.

I even fished for at least one...still none to be found.

The more I thought about the person I don't think she was my best choice to trust my "brand new baby" with.

SOOOOOoooooo...here is what I did...

I took my microrecorder and started speaking into it...here is what I came up with:

I Say that I always surround myself with people who support my dreams and that is what happens.

I Say when someone shows up who doesn't support my dreams I gently and lovingly allow them to move through my life, capture every way I can learn about myself and expand and then move on.

Next, I re-focus on my dreams...I re-focus on what's possible...I re-focus on my unlimited capacity of the "I Am" in the world.

I allow and honor every person for their ideas and their opinions...I honor them for where they are in their own personal journey and then I let them move through my life rather than personally owning their words that do not align with my Truest Self.

I know I am stronger and more confident allowing myself to be with whatever challenges that show up...

I can easily and smoothly dance with the challenge and then move with high velocity re-aligning with my dreams and my goals.

I am confident. I am aligned with my True Self. I am aligned with my True Power. I'm aligned with the "Godness" and the goodness inside of me.

All the way down to every cell of my body and expanding out energetically as far as my energy reaches.

When I speak...when I touch...or when I am in the presence of others I honor and respect who they are and where they are in their own personal journey.

I am open for them to honor and respect my journey also.

I am surrounded by love...I am surrounded by support...I am surrounded by the best and the greatest people...

I am surrounded by people who further magnitize me for my dreams and my passions...everything "I Say" I am.

I Say and that is what happens.

I Say whatever I want and that's what I get.

Events, people and things start to materialize right before my eyes as a result of what I Say.

I am totally aligned and I am on target.

I am focused on my dreams and I am focused on my goals.

I live every moment of my life with intention.

I intentionally focus on my life like never before.

Whatever obstacles appear, I gently move them out of my way and I re-align with my intention.

I am magnetically charged...attracting every heart's desire that I have. I am full of my heart's desires from an attractive, loving, generous, passionate space.

I am magnetically attracting whatever I choose.

I am my solution.

An Amazing Day!

I woke up yesterday AM in a much better space than when I fell asleep the night before.

I did my AM workout...ate breakfast and had a light day at my chiropractic office. It ALWAYS amazes me how God/The Universe takes care of me when I need it.

If my energy is lower and I need to focus on a bit more self care the schedule book just opens up...so I took advantage of it.

I completed some chiropractic paperwork that was stacking up...that felt really good.

I ate lunch with one of my best friends and acupuncturist, Linda. I ate at my favorite East Indian restaurant in Renton...aaaahhhh. Wonderful moment...pace slowed down to pure pleasure and enjoyment.

I decided to take in the sunshine...I walked for 30 minutes along this beautiful walking trail along Cedar River...a moderate pace...taking in everything Mother Nature was presenting to me...another aaaahhhh.

I did something different while I walked...I chose a certain area of Life to "let go"...whatever fears...losses...past experiences that might be affecting me...I walked and tapped with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for the entire walk.

Out with the bad and in with the good.

Everytime I completed a particular fear or whatever I was focusing on letting go of, I announced to the world "I am now wholely and completely letting go of everything I just spoke about and any other unknown residuals that are attached to it".

I then took in a big breath (while I continued to walk) and focused on pushing it out through my Solor Plexus area (right below the rib cage).

I felt incredible surge of new found energy when I completed my walk...

I was driving back to the office when I saw a sign "Psychic Fair Every Month".

I had never seen this store before no matter how many times I drive past that same street...they've been at that location since 11/11/07

At first I was going to keep driving and then I chose to turn around...I'm glad I did.

I am a healer...I have been for my whole life, but I learned how to actively apply that gift everyday, everywhere and to everyone I meet.

I specialize in energetic healing...in person or long distance.

In the past, this type of work was only accepted in very small circles of individuals who had a certain belief structure. When I was first expanding my skills I hung out in those specific communities all the time.

I started out as a very analytic, prove it to me chiropractor...where's the research? Life had a way of presenting itself (a whole story in and of itself) and I started to work with the non physical world...energy.

Today, you hear MANY speak about energy to thousands of people...T. Harv Ecker, James Ray, Jack Canfield, Wayne Dyer, etc...we are 99.99999999999999999 per cent energy...sounds like a good thing to know how to work with it.

Back to my story...I was greeted on the sidewalk by the owner of the shop and a friend. They invited to come in and look around.

Now if you are or you have ever known someone who is aware of their energy and the energy around them you sense how things feel.

I am a Clairsentiant...I have a strong sense of what I notice on a sensing level...I am extremely intuitive...this really makes me a great chiropractor...my hands know where to go without me thinking about it.

ANYWAY...I walked in...looked around and sensed a high possibility of being part of their Physic Fair...how fun would that be?

She said that would be okay if she received a session from me...we sat down with 2 of her closest friends and I gave her 30 minutes of Yuen Method.

They were all amazed at the changes they felt in such a short moment...I just giggled my playful joyful giggle and I was invited to the fair.

Later they both said that they felt my energy and it felt REALLY GOOD and clear...in this community that is the highest complement you can possibly get.

The first fair is August 9th and I get to play in a big way that day!

Productive and Fulfilled

Today has been a full day...a productive one.

Today was the launch of Bob Doyle's Boundless Living Challenge.

I was blogging my 45 Day Challenge and getting clear on what that was going to be.

I communicated with numerous participants of the over 4000 of us that are doing this Challenge together.

It's been great...

It was really exciting to notice that I actually woke up wanting to exercise my abs...whoah...there's a big shift...and I was SO looking forward to my walk in the sun...physically well taken care of.

Then my neighbors invited me for dinner. I had a wonderful time with them...talking about each other's lives...one of the things I look forward to connecting with people all over the world that way.

Just sitting down at their kitchen table and finding out what lights them up every day.

Well, time for sleep...my best to all of you.

Declaring My Own Destiny

Thanks, Coach, for the words of ongoing encouragement.

You can use your power to create the results you want...pursue your dreams...

I'm noticing how enpowered I feel...I act...

I make really great choices...when I make a choice that doesn't work exactly the way I hoped I change my choice to make it work better.

My dreams are bigger and clearer than ever...

I talked with some great friends in Las Vegas yesterday...I had them be my sounding board as I created my next 45 days of life.

They were great...they took notes in the background while I just talked.

One of my biggest goals right now is continue to do what I'm doing, but in a Spiritual way.

I pulled my book "Work as a Spiritual Practice" today.

Right now it's about being able to do the things I do from a Spiritual perspective.

I also noticed that my new business choice is to work with groups...I'll still do one on one Yuen, Resonance Repatterning and of course chiropractic as I transition to more and more groups via teleconference calls.

Churchill..."Never, never, never, never give up."

I have the tools and the power to never give up.

I amaze myself sometimes with how determined I am...I have never given up on the idea that 'things can be different'.

My Mom will be the first to tell you that I am that way...she has watched me.

I really get allot of my determination from her...she is one of the most determined people I know and she has came through allot in life.

I come from a family and many ancestors of working hard and long in life is the only way.

I KNOW there is another way...a way that brings happiness, joy and fulfillment for all.

It's never too late.

Lincoln never gave up...he changed the course of human history.

You can change you world.

Reach inside and believe.

I turned 55 this month and I am very clear that it is not too late...I told my Mom this week that I will have one of the sweetest retirements imaginable.

I also told her that the next 12 months will access a whole new way of being in life for myself...part of that new way of being includes what she and I will share together.

Henry Ford..."Whether you think you can or you think you can't you are right."

You can make your life what you want it to be.

I am on a weekly Abundance EFT call with Brad Yates...I was looking over my past journaling...I noticed what my old limiting conversations were just 45 days ago.

It's AMAZING how those thoughts and words are not there anymore.

Time for a new vision...a whole new way of living life...a whole new way of seeing myself in the world.

Tools are there now to continually resolve.

I have learned an amazing amount of Tools from this program...I came to Tools with a list of my own tools that work and I will continue to add to.

I love resolution.
