EFT
I love EFT, and one of its associates, ZPoint. It sounds weird, but one of the first things EFT worked on for me was an itchy rash. It helped me control the need to scratch until the meds worked, and the rash healed much faster than most of them have for me in the past.
I also realize that the regular repitition of "I deeply and completely accept myself" has had hugh results in other parts of my life, or even all parts of my life.
