    I'm with you on this one.  The "magic" comes when you do the work, and you need the tools to do the work. 

    I love Tools  and the whole process.  I have a friend who once said, "Anything is easy if you have the right tools!"

    I'm not sure it's really easy, but it is easier!

You have approached this process with integrity and real desire to make changes that you want. It has been a pleasure to watch and listen to your thoughts as you share your journey. It is not always pleasant to give up our illusions and get real.

Being positive and seeing what we want is a small piece of the puzzle and can lead people in to false hope with out understanding the complete principles of success.  Learning how to piece the believing together with realistic goals with an action plan and then be willing to do the work, that's how you achieve results. Too many people are misunderstanding the law of attraction and being lead down a road that they think that all they have to do is ask.

You can believe and ask all you want to be in great shape, but unless you do the exercises in the gym you never will get in shape, and there is no quick solution to it.  You simple need to make up your mind to show up each day and do it and the law of accumulation will give you the results you want.  

"Determine what you want in life, and then be willing to pay the price."  It is fantastic to hear that you are determined to make a plan and then put in the action to actualize it.

Know what you want, be realistic, believe, make a plan, visualize, do the work, get the results!
