AM meditation/visualization/affirmation

This morning after waking up and declaring that I'm having a great day and the day is mine, I did some visualizations and affirmations.

I have an appt. this afternoon with a seller who wants to purchase another home and I understand her current home is a mess. That situation has been a challenge for me in the past but today I will be handling it effectively because I have already visualized my counseling session with the seller. I am extremely compassionate about her position (single woman, sickly, with pets, etc) but I am very effective in communicating how important it is to make the property show-worthy. I am also effective in helping her to brainstorm how we can get the property up to standards.

I completed a marketing project I worked on and that will be delivered to my target neighborhood today.

That is the situation I have heard from other realtors is the most difficult to handle. Walking into a home that is a mess, and then trying to motivate the seller is no easy task. You have a great opportunity today to test the "Tools". Let us know the outcome!
