Magic Laughter

Have you ever heard someone laughing?

I mean one of those really good belly laughs that shakes the body and gushes delight to all the space around the laugher?

Recently one of the little kids at TaeKwonDo was being played with and he started to giggle.

The giggle soon moved into full blown, belly laughing.

I noticed that not only was I joining in on the good feelings and starting to laugh, but several other adults were too.

Take time today to laugh, watch a funny movie or tickle your child.

Share joy, love and laughter.
