I gave blood

Yesterday I was able to donate blood. FOr the past 2  1/2 years I have not been able to  because my hemoglobin was too low. Not clinically a problem, but too low to donate. I decided to try again to see if the changes I have implemented have made a difference.

When my little blood droplet didn't float, I was sooo happy! I'm actually making myself healthier with my changes! It feels so great.
