I joined TOOLS because:
My friend joined and was so excited about it that it was infectious.
You are offered your dream job. What job is it?:
Artist-in-Residence at a university teaching voice and,on the side, getting songs cut.
My favorite wild animal is:
I was going to say the jaguar, but then, truly, I think it is the elephant.
Why (describe as much as possible):
Elephants are vulnerable somehow and they live so long . . . they need to be somebody's favorite animal. I love how they interact with each other. There is an elephant sanctuary in Tennessee. These mighty animals have been mistreated sometimes and it gets to me. Besides, I love Disney elephants -- especially baby ones . . .with big ears . . . that can fly.
A famous Chef will prepare anything you want. What do you order:
Bananas Foster Flambe -- and I wouldn't want anything else because I wouldn't want to spoil the effect.
Five people either dead or alive you would have at your fantasy dinner party::
Da Vinci, Henri Nouwen, Joseph Campbell, Jesus, Marianne Williamson
You are at a bar. You order this drink:
 cola
You are at a coffee shop. What coffee or tea do you order:
 Hot chocolate
If a genie could grant you three wishes they would be (separate by commas):
Unlimited wishes, a healthy body, selflessness
You are going on a long road trip and you can only bring three CD's. Which ones do you bring (separate by commas):
Toto - The Seventh One, Marianne Williamson reading Everyday Graces, Renata Tibaldi in La Boheme
If I could do anything for my neighborhood today, it would be:
 Create a community council
A sunset I remember:
September 15, 1967 at Shoney's on Thompson Lane (it's now a Weight Watchers, ironically). That was the day my Grandmother Oy (pronounced "Awee" died. I was six years old and had just started first grade. Mama was in the hospital, so it was Daddy and Eddy and I. The sunset was . . . breathtaking. It was the deepest crimson. I thought maybe Oy ordered it.
