Day 4

I'm pretty proud of myself.  4 days in a row of waking up at the same time, without hitting the snooze button!  Last two mornings have been a little tough, because I had trouble falling asleep.  Too much going on in this brain of mine.

Working toward making positive changes, but having trouble setting a direction to work in.  It would help a lot if I had a lifelong dream that related to a career or something.  I'm working on it, though.  Putting in an effort to figure it out, instead of just hoping it will come to me.  It hasn't come to me in the past 30 years, so obviously, I need to go looking for it! :-D

Feeling very optimistic, still.  And thank you, everyone, for the cheers!

Finding Your Direction

Don't worry, TOOLS will take you there step-by-step.  You will choose short-term goals for each area of your life and make your life better, even if you don't have long term goals yet.  It will work out for you, your goal at the moment is just to complete TOOLS day-by-day.
Don't worry about it, you have time to figure out what you like, what interests, what excites you enough that you are willing to do something for free!  That may help you to find it!

Best of Luck!  :)

Thanks!! :-D

I don't know what I want to do with my life, but I have figured out some things that I do want and some things that I don't want in my life.

No smoking, more fitness.

I think those two things are big enough to keep me occupied for a while ;-)
