Initially its really hard to turn your thoughts around, and sometimes it doesn't always work, but it replaces darker days with excitement and moments when we can say "today's different" - today is better - today is good.
You warmed a cold winter morning here in africa and I'm now going to work off some energetic excitement with some filing! I know that sounds terribly "exciting" but at least my Monday will start off with a clean desk!!!
