What have I let myself in for??

 I needed to volunteer, and nothing was springing into mind - then I got a call from the University asking if I would talk to the Engineering students - me - as a guest lecturer, tp give them some understanding of manufacturing - so I figured it's voluntary, helping the youth, and forces me »

Today I joined 3 gymnasiums!!

 They are run by the council, and when i join 1, I'm automatically able to go to any of the 3 of them.  So the whole family signed up for the next 3 months to see how we go.  As there is a pool there too - we've been in swimming twice today, and having great fun already »

Cycled faster over my 28km run than ever today

 Today I averaged over 22 kms per hour on my bike over my daily route of 28 kms.  Not very fast for pro's I know, but carrying a back pack, old bike - old man - not bad eh? »

wheels in motion

 Im at 987.90 kms on my bicycle odometer.  I think it goes back to zero once it gets to 1000kms.  Thats 3 months of cycling for me - and I'm feeling better for it! »

Drinking water daily

 I cant believe the amount of coffee I didn't drink this week. I had headaches when I started, but now I'm drinking my first glass of water before I hit the bathroom in the morning, and following through all day. »
