My friend Bill recommended I try this sight for some self help.  I am married w/ 2 girls...8 and 10 yrs.  I am an account manager for a local forklift dealer and have been for 6 yrs.  I am the primary income and have been for the last 10 years.  Stress and anxiety have consumed me.  I just had one of the worst years financially..as many have.  I cannot stop worrying about money and bills.  My wife needs to go back to working full time.  She has done some educational consulting work writing curriculum for a major company, but that is spotty at best.  She is extremely talented and could probably get a good paying job anywhere, but I just can't seem to truly open up and share my feelings about our situation.  I feel like I am tearing myself apart with this stress.  The last four months she was billing, and it was quite relieving to see some other income, but with that is another stress....All good things come to an end.  She has done nothing this month and is hoping for some more work come January, but I don't think it's going to happen.  I need help controlling my anxiety and stress.  I take it out on the dogs (yelling), the kids (yelling, snapping etc.).  I love my girls and would never do anything to harm them, but I also feel that I am not setting the a good example.  Everyone in the house can sense my stress.  I need help before it becomes a health issue.  I am 40 and healthy....I hope.  I do take ritalin for ADD and a mild anti-depressant
