Stuck in a rut.

 How can I self motivate ? I can't get motivated, not even to help myself ? I skip doctors appointments, therapy appointments, and social appointments. I sleep all day and stay up all night. I'm on disability and just unsatisfied, but I don't try to change my life. I have been told that I'm wasting potential by everyone including My therapist's. I just don't know how to motivate myself. I joined tools for Life thinking this will get me motivated, but it's pretty much useless to me. What should or can I do to get motivated and Live outside of thes walls and away from this computer screen ?
