I fell off the log.
But I still have membership of the log-riders association, & I still get their Newsletter, & follow the progress of my fellow log-riders. One day soon it's my ambition to climb right back onto the log & carry on the ride.
Meantime - y'all keep riding, & keep letting me know how you are doin!

Just do Day #33 and take a week to do it if you like.  Progress, not perfection is what the coach ordered.  You are missed.
