Consistancy

 So I am on day 10 of a 30 day fitness plan. I am starting to see the results I'm looking for. I'm not losing weight, but I am toning up, cutting inches (less than inches at this point, but noticeable to me) and feeling better about myself. Before I joined Tools, I gained 15 pounds in 6 months. That's a lot for a short girl like me, especially since I had worked out for years. I just stopped, and of course that's when my whole world changed too. Anyway, I'm back on it with an intense program. Every time I finish my work out I am amazed at how strong I am; how much I can endure. I am proud of myself. I'm a kick ass chick! ;)
