The little voice inside

Hum. I have always heard my little voice inside.....I am learning to recognize and hear it more clearly...filter out the rest of the brain noise and REALLY hear, and trust it. Most often it speaks once, softly, and then my brain kicks in with Sooooo many comments and garble.

I wonder...can my inner voice say negative things? Sometimes I hear things that predict negative outcomes. Is it intuition? Is it my inner voice? more on this later. PLEASE feel free to comment.
