| 1. Practice celibacy because it gives me maximum energy and helps me feel the best about myself 2. Go to bed by 8 PM so I can rise by 2 AM because it helps me to complete my meditation early, and leaves me time for other things 3. Do yoga exercises every morning because then I wont feel so stiff and sore, and more energized 4. Read everyday for at least 3 hours because I have collected so many books that I want to read, that take me to the spiritual world, and help me to improve myself |
| 5. Earn money steadily at something I enjoy and save it so I can buy a cabin or small house to live in |
| 6. Organize a curriculum, and start teaching ayurvedic vegetarian cooking classes, kirtan classes, and classes on spiritual growth 7. Recaord a series of CDs, beginning with the Morning and Evening Sadhana program |

God, or the universe can work through people in many ways, and Im greatful to you and Zenda for our supportive words.I got to bed by midnightlast night and woke up by 5:30 Am. I want to go to bed by 8 PM and wake up at 2, so I still have a ways to go, but Ill get there !
