Glenn's Life List:
1. Practice celibacy because it gives me maximum energy and helps me feel the best about myself 2. Go to bed by 8 PM so I can rise by 2 AM because it helps me to complete my meditation early, and leaves me time for other things 3. Do yoga exercises every morning because then I wont feel so stiff and sore, and more energized 4. Read everyday for at least 3 hours because I have collected so many books that I want to read, that take me to the spiritual world, and help me to improve myself
5. Earn money steadily at something I enjoy and save it so I can buy a cabin or small house to live in
6. Organize a curriculum, and start teaching ayurvedic vegetarian cooking classes, kirtan classes, and classes on spiritual growth 7. Recaord a series of CDs, beginning with the Morning and Evening Sadhana program

How to Post Ahievements ? WHat about Nos 1 and 2 in the Checklist ?

How do I post my Achievements in terms of Milestones and Breakthroughs, and also, whats the difference between the two ? I went to my page on those, and there was no way to post anything.

Also, in terms of my Checklist, I cant understand why I shoud in Number 1 reuse my coffee cup and bring it to work. First, I dont drink that garbage called coffee, secondly, I use the same cup all the time, thridly, i LIve in my van, and work from it so my cup is always with me. WHat was thr purpose iof this instruction ? Was it to save cups and be more ecological ? Im already like that.

Secondly, I have no shade or light in my van, I do hand a shawl over one window though to keep out some of the light when I sleep under street lights at night. At which Day did those things come in ? I never noticed.

says: Both are action based. A milestone is an achievement based on a goal. Example: Your goal is to eat healthy, a milestone can be that you were able to eat healthy in one week straight. The example they gave was with Tools. Finishing one week of tools is a milestone. Lets say you want to learn how to cook. Learning one dish can be a milestone. A breakthrough is an achievement based on surpassing an obstacle, or something that's holding you back from doing a goal, or something holding you back from being better in life, thus the term "break-through".. its like breaking through a wall. Example: You want to study fine arts, but your parents tell you to take up law or medicine and you feel bad about it. Instead of keeping your head down pursuing something you didnt like - and that this is your usual reaction when things like this happens, you get the courage to talk with your parents and responsibly explain why you want to take up that course instead of what they want. Me for example, when I feel something uncomfortable with my body, I don't go to the doctor because of fear that they may find something wrong with me. That's an obstacle. Clearly finding out can help prevent any sickness or treat a sickness at an early age, but the fear thats stopping me is preventing me from being better. If one day I choose to go to the doctor, then that's a breakthrough. I hope that helped ;D

says: A breakthrough is an ah-ha moment of understanding and an achievement is a quantifiable action taken based on an understanding. example breakthough: My style choice (living in a van) is my decision example achievement: Thirty days without whinning about van living.
